Project Manager
Skills Required:

• Possesses the experience/skills to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and any related construction documents.

• Proficient in modern office hardware and software

Education and Experience:
• Degree in Engineering preferred but not required.
• 2-year Degree acceptable with Ten (10) years of experience
• Experience with 3D detailing software
• Extensive familiarity with steel fabrication with at least 5 years of experience in managing projects
Descripton:
Job Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing all types of steel fabrication projects from beginning to end.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential authorities, responsibilities and functions consist of, but are not limited to the following:
• Preparation of estimates/quotes for bidding of potential work.
• Correspond with customers and vendors.
• Preparation of shop drawings.
• Input materials and instructions into fabrication management software.
• Purchasing of required materials.
• Manage numerous projects simultaneously.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
• Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Able to give instructions in an efficient and manner.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness,
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Abides by all company policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and requested.
