Service Wire Company, a premier supplier of industrial and utility wire and cable is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our office in Culloden, WV.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The selected individual will sell products by quoting, promoting, and accurately processing customer orders and should demonstrate product knowledge with a strong customer focus.
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities: 
  • Sell products or services
  • Generate accurate customer quotes and orders
  • Create, develop, and maintain customer account relationships
  • Prepare, process, and monitor orders
  • Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
  • Recognize industry trends & new developments
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Presents a customer service based focus
  • Strong verbal and written expression and comprehension
  • Negotiation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
