Economic Development

The Marshall University Advanced Manufacturing Center is an active partner with all levels of government development agencies, education, and non-profit organizations to collaboratively address economic weaknesses and fully utilize economic strengths.

We connect small and mid-sized manufacturers to the opportunities of first-tier suppliers, larger industrial sectors and government contracts. The center’s business and workforce development teams, coupled with our Business-to-Business Network can help you source suppliers or meet with large primes.

And with more than $22 million in equipment and staff with more than 750 years of industry experience, our facilities are available for prototyping, product development, reverse engineering, and production.

Whether through our Customized Training, Fast Track or Apprenticeship Works program, the Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center can help you solve your workforce needs with people who are already on your payroll.
