Qualifications:
Required:
Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
A minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience is required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Prior experience in coordinating travel and related expense reimbursements is required.
The ability to effectively present and respond to customers, clients, and management is required.
Prior experience with accounts payable and receivable is required.
The ability to handle multiple competing priorities effectively is required.
Preferred:
BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
Knowledge of fund accounting policies and procedures is preferred.
Experience with budgeting and budget forecasting is preferred.
Prior experience in finance in a high-tech or educational related entity is preferred.
Familiarity with revenue recognition in a high-tech industry; experience with grants management accounting is preferred.
