“RCBI proudly stands as a tribute to the keen vision of Senator Robert C. Byrd. He will always be remembered as a fearless champion who fought tirelessly for all West Virginians and for our great nation.
“Today, we lost a legendary statesman, a great leader, and a true friend. We will honor his memory and his legacy by continuing the mission he envisioned for the Robert C. Byrd Institute.”
