From I-64 (East or West) take the Hal Greer Boulevard exit (#11) and proceed toward Huntington. Go through the first intersection, past Cabell Huntington Hospital (on your right-hand side), and proceed under the railroad track to Marshall University (on the right-hand side). Turn left on Fourth Avenue. Follow Fourth Avenue to 11th Street. RCBI is on the corner of Fourth Avenue and 11th Street.
