Jinks is a 30-year veteran in audit techniques who has led more than 400 third-party audits for major certification bodies. He has conducted more than 250 second-party audits and worked with companies such as Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Cars, Hewlett Packard, Eastman Kodak, Honda Motor and Caterpillar.
Cheetham, director of Quality Services at RCBI, has completed more than 100 second-party audits. She also has provided internal auditor training for numerous organizations – both manufacturers and service providers.
